Harmony House booking conditions

At Harmony House, we value seriousness and mutual commitment when making a booking. To guarantee availability and ensure an organized and transparent experience for both parties, please take the following conditions into account:

1. Booking confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed once we have received a 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay via bank transfer. This deposit guarantees the availability of the property for your selected dates.

2. Cancellations

Since last-minute cancellations affect accommodation availability, the 50% deposit is non-refundable . However, alternatives or rescheduling options may be considered depending on availability, always seeking the best possible solution for both parties.

3. Security deposit

For the security and pbooking of the property, a security deposit will be required, payable by bank transfer before arrival . This amount will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out , once it has been verified that the property is in the same condition as when you arrived.

4. General considerations

At Harmony House, we prioritize trust, clear communication, and guest satisfaction. Therefore, we are open to considering suggestions or recommendations that contribute to a positive and balanced experience for both parties.
